Our program focuses on creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where students can build friendships, explore new interests, and develop independence through fun, meaningful experiences.
Operated by Interchange Outer East (IOE), OSHC@IOE provides a high-intensity Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) program tailored for students attending Croydon Special Developmental School.
The program offers After School Care during school terms and a Holiday Program during school breaks, featuring a range of inclusive incursions and excursions designed to support students’ social, emotional, and physical development.
Our after-school routine includes afternoon tea, structured and free-choice activities, outdoor play, and opportunities for creativity, exploration, and social interaction. Each day is designed to balance fun and relaxation after the school day. Families are kept connected through the Xplor app, where educators share updates, documentation, and photographs capturing student achievements and moments of joy.
Funded by the Department of Education, the high intensity OSHC program is free for families. It operates with a high staff ratio ensuring every child receives the individualised care and support they need to thrive.
